1. What data Naya collects

Naya collects only the data needed to run features you enable in your server. This may include:

• Discord IDs such as user, guild, channel, role, emoji, and message IDs to associate settings and progress.
• Feature data like coins, XP, levels, chat cap progress, pets/garden progress, quests, reputation, giveaways, ticket transcripts, application submissions, inventories, cooldowns, and leaderboards.
• Configuration you set such as panel settings, rewards, cooldowns, roles, blacklists, channel restrictions, autoresponders, welcome messages, and dashboard settings.
• User-provided content such as optional profile bio, banner URL, custom images, ticket or application text, minigame chat, drawings, guesses, answers, or other content users choose to provide through enabled features.
• Premium purchase records such as Discord SKU and entitlement IDs used to fulfill purchases, prevent duplicate claims, process gifts, and support purchase-related issues.
• Dashboard and security data such as login/session information and temporary request data used for dashboard access, public pages, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.

2. Why we collect it

We use stored data to provide bot functionality. For example, Naya may store data to grant rewards, enforce cooldowns, run leveling and currency systems, manage tickets or applications, remember profile and dashboard settings, run giveaways and minigames, process premium purchases, or show leaderboards. We don’t collect data “just because” — features should feel cozy, not intrusive.

3. Who can access the data

Access to stored data is limited to the bot developer(s) and only as needed to develop, maintain, debug, and operate Naya. Some information may also be visible through the Naya features that a server enables or configures. Data is not sold and is not shared with third parties except when required by law, to comply with Discord’s policies, or to provide services that Naya depends on.

4. Where and how data is stored

Data is stored in a database (currently MongoDB) to keep features consistent across restarts and updates. Some temporary feature data, such as dashboard minigame sessions, drawings, and minigame chat, may also be stored in secure server-side disk cache for a short period, usually up to about 24 hours, before being automatically cleaned up. Reasonable steps are taken to secure access, but no system can guarantee perfect security.

5. Your rights & requests

You can request to view or delete data associated with your Discord account. The fastest way is to contact the team through the support server.

• Access request: ask what we have stored for your user ID.
• Deletion request: ask for removal of stored data where possible.
• Temporary data: some short-lived session data may be automatically deleted before a request can be reviewed.

Some data may need to be retained for a limited time when needed for security, abuse prevention, purchase records, active features, or legal compliance.

6. Underage users

Naya is not intended for users under 13 (or under the minimum age required in their country). This aligns with Discord’s Terms. We do not knowingly store data from underage users.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy over time. When possible, we’ll provide notice in the support server or on this page by updating the “Updated” date.
