Naya — Privacy Policy

1. What data Naya collects

Naya collects only the data needed to run features you enable in your server. This may include:

Discord IDs (user, guild, channel, message IDs) to associate settings and progress.
Feature data like coins, XP, levels, pets/garden progress, tickets, or applications (when enabled). Naya does not collect the contents of applications or tickets (or their transcripts). She only stores the ticket panels information, and the application panels and forms information.
Configuration you set (panel settings, rewards, cooldowns, roles, blacklists, etc.).
User-provided content such as optional profile bio, banner URL, or custom hugs/bonks images where enabled by server admins.

2. Why we collect it

We use stored data to provide bot functionality (for example: granting rewards, enforcing cooldowns, generating tickets/applications, remembering profile settings, or showing leaderboards). We don’t collect data “just because” — features should feel cozy, not intrusive.

3. Who can access the data

Access to stored data is limited to the bot developer(s) and only as needed to develop, maintain, debug, and operate Naya. Data is not sold and is not shared with third parties except when required by law or to comply with Discord’s policies.

4. Where and how data is stored

Data is stored in a database (currently MongoDB) to keep features consistent across restarts and updates. Reasonable steps are taken to secure access, but no system can guarantee perfect security.

If we become aware of unauthorized access to stored data, we’ll make a reasonable effort to notify users through the Discord client or the official support server.

5. Your rights & requests

You can request to view or delete data associated with your Discord account. The fastest way is to contact the team through the support server.

Access request: ask what we have stored for your user ID.
Deletion request: ask for removal of stored data where possible.

6. Underage users

Naya is not intended for users under 13 (or under the minimum age required in their country). This aligns with Discord’s Terms. We do not knowingly store data from underage users.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy over time. When possible, we’ll provide notice in the support server or on this page by updating the “Updated” date.
