Terms of Service

1. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Spam commands, intentionally abuse cooldowns, or attempt to crash/overload the bot.
• Use automation/scripts to interact with Naya in unauthorized ways.
• Use Naya to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to encourage harassment.
• Submit false reports, impersonate staff, or misuse support channels.
• Use Naya for unauthorized advertising or other disruptive behavior.

2. Server owner responsibility

Server owners and admins are responsible for how Naya is configured and used in their server. You should configure permissions, channels, and roles in a way that fits your community and Discord’s rules.

3. Moderation / access restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict or disable access for any user or server (for example: severe abuse, bot-farm spam, or repeated violations). This is to protect the bot and the communities using it.

4. Data & privacy

Naya stores certain data to provide features (IDs, progress, settings, etc.). Details are described in the Privacy Policy. By using Naya, you agree to that data handling.

5. Availability and changes

Naya is provided “as-is.” We try to keep things stable, but features may change, be updated, or be discontinued. Occasional downtime may happen for maintenance or updates.

6. Age requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (and meet the minimum age required by your country) to use Discord and, by extension, to use Naya. If you are not old enough to agree to these Terms in your country, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.
